Salt Mine City was formed in 2022. It started with a vision to brew great beer with great friends and to share our product in a new and exciting venue in the David City area.
Salt Mine City’s goal is to brew the best beer for a growing community.

We are located at Roper’s Bar & Grill in downtown David City, Ne. We offer a variety of menus options with light appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. We do a weekly special that is a little different from the norm to mix things up.
We also offer a large variety of craft beers in cans and bottles to choose from.
